You are paid per delivered class
Not per enrolment, and not when a student eventually pays. Your share accrues each time a class is taught and is released on the payout run. A student who disappears in week three does not cost you the eight classes you already gave.
Your share is on the gross
The card fee comes out of our side, not yours. A payout that changes month to month because one student paid by card and another by bKash is a payout nobody can check.
Verified per subject
Send your certificate or score report once and the badge sits on your profile for that subject. It is evidence about the subject, so it is checked per subject — a Physics certificate says nothing about IELTS.
Launch a batch without filling it first
Publish it; students hold a free seat; nobody pays until it confirms. If it does not fill, nothing has to be refunded and nobody waited a week for their money back.
What we need from you
- Proof of your own score or qualification in the subject you want to teach
- A quiet room, a stable connection, and a headset
- A 60–90 second introduction video — it is the single biggest thing on your profile
- Availability you can actually keep for a whole batch
